Today I woke up, looked in the mirror and didn't really look as strong as i felt. I decided to look up some work outs on YouTube. The particular one i found was absolutely a-m-a-zing! It didn't feel like I was working out and before I knew it 2 hours had passed! Focus on the music and just move with it and it won't feel like much of a work out!!
